1. What Formula® E is and what it is used for? Formula-E (vitamin E) is a crackable tablet with chocolate taste. Each tablet contains vitamin E USP (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 200 mg. 2. Take special care with Formula E Check with your doctor before taking this medicine if: Vitamin E may enhance the anticoagulant activity of anticoagulant drugs.
